We designed a system that automates what can be automated. It aids to keep a record of all interactions and important data within a database, without having to manually go through printed receipts, slips, and other such details.

The challenge initiated when Danone faced many uncontrollable task as it involves many divisions and manual tedious works.

We jumped in to help mapping the process into digital and automated process. Several improvements took place and helped the operation become more effective and efficient. It also helped decreasing their budget on printed material significantly.

Following the success of PRIME, Danone decided to apply similar application to other division, in order to improve productivity and efficiency too. With several adjustments and improvements, we were able to mapped the system to worked on other environment and delivered Tiger e-book on Android smartphone.

Another most anticipated project in Danone was this Fully Digital Event Management System that eventually replaced their old conventional way to manage CRM, especially on the event division.

This system has all it takes to manage a big coporation’s event. From planning an event, budgeting, approval staging, 3rd party management, registration, attendees, speakers, host, itenerary, accomodation, transport, interactive quiz, realtime messaging, reciepts, expenses and complex back office administrations.
