We designed a system that automates what can be automated. It aids to keep a record of all interactions and important data within a database, without having to manually go through printed receipts, slips, and other such details.
The challenge initiated when Danone faced many uncontrollable task as it involves many divisions and manual tedious works.
We jumped in to help mapping the process into digital and automated process. Several improvements took place and helped the operation become more effective and efficient. It also helped decreasing their budget on printed material significantly.WATCH
Another most anticipated project in Danone was this Fully Digital Event Management System that eventually replaced their old conventional way to manage CRM, especially on the event division.
This system has all it takes to manage a big coporation’s event. From planning an event, budgeting, approval staging, 3rd party management, registration, attendees, speakers, host, itenerary, accomodation, transport, interactive quiz, realtime messaging, reciepts, expenses and complex back office administrations.
When the systems started to emerge into a more complicated environment, Danone required a system design improvement with a better user friendly interfaces, adaptable customer journey and flexible experiences throughout the whole process.
This ideology was put in test for Danone’s case where all systems must work as one, passing through data from one division to another and sharing relevan information for a practical operational.
